How do I book My Place?
STEP 1:

STEP 2:
Please return your completed reservation form to us via email.

STEP 3:
Once we have received your form, the required deposits will be charged and confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you.
PAYMENTS:
A deposit of £2,500 per person is required upon booking.
The balance is due on or before the 1st December 2025 for the 2026 April Event.
The balance is due on or before the 1st June 2026 for the 2026 October Event.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation fees will be made in accordance with the following schedule:
120 days or more prior to the commencement of the event, £2,500 per person will apply.
119 – 0 days prior to the commencement of the event, total tour cost non-refundable.
