Terms & Conditions


Once we have received your reservation form and your booking is in place, the required deposits will be charged and confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you.

Payments:
A deposit of £500.00 per person is required upon booking.
The balance is due on or before the 1st August 2017 for the 2017 October Event.
The balance is due on or before the 1st February 2018 for the 2018 April Event.
The balance is due on or before the 1st August 2018 for the 2018 October Event.

Cancellations:
Cancellation fees will be made in accordance with the following schedule:
60 days or more prior to the commencement of the tour, £500 per person will apply;
59 – 28 days prior to the commencement of the tour, 50% of the total tour cost;
28 – 0 days prior to the commencement of the tour, total tour cost non-refundable.

The payments we receive from our clients are distributed firstly as deposits to secure your bookings and then as final payments prior to your arrival. This is done in accordance with our terms and conditions and reflects the terms of our industry partners. Should you require to cancel or curtail your travel plans, the above cancellation terms will apply. We always recommend that our clients take out Travel Insurance at the point of booking and further information regarding this can be found here.
