The
St Andrews Golf Week is annual event for amateur golfers and is held in St Andrews
"The Home of Golf". The St Andrews Golf Week was in established in 1974
and continues to attract golfers from all over the world. In 2009, there were
golfers from twelve different countries including USA, Japan, Canada, Scotland,
Germany, Norway, Portugal, Ireland, Australia, France and England. |

The
St Andrews Golf Week is open to any amateur golfer. Golf on the final day is on
the Old Course, St Andrews which is restricted to golfers with handicaps of 24
for men and 36 for ladies. Golfers with handicaps outside these limits will be
offered alternative golf on this day. |

non-golfers attend the St Andrews Golf Week? | top

Non-golfers
are most welcome to join the golf week. There are non-golfing activities during
the week which are detailed in the schedule.
Non-golfers are also welcome to attend all prize giving dinners and evening events.
Non-golfers receive a reduction of £TBA. |

The
St Andrews Golf Week is restricted to 80 golfers. There are no restrictions on
the number of non-golfers. |
|

There
are daily competitions some of which are individual and some of which are teams.
There are prizes for both men and ladies when it is an individual competition.

Airfares
are not included. Transport from all hotels to all golf courses and the St Andrews
Links Golf Academy is included. St Andrews is a relatively small town and everything
is within walking distance from the hotels (shops, restaurants, bars, local attractions).

How
much tuition from the PGA Professionals will I receive? | top

Our
two Scottish PGA Professionals during the week are Ken Stevely and Iain Pender.
Ken and Iain will be available in the mornings and afternoons from Tuesday 13th
- Friday 16th April (am only) at the St Andrews Links Golf Academy. Participants
are free to attend as much or as little as they like and at their own convenience. |

| Many
golf week participants arrive in advance of the event and many stay on after the
event has finished. We are happy to arrange accommodation, golf or sightseeing
for those wishing to extend their stay in Scotland. You may wish to stay in St
Andrews for longer or visit one of Scotland's many other great golfing regions.
We can also arrange additional golf if you would like to play 36 holes in one
day during the event. |

do I go about booking my place on the St Andrews Golf Week? | top

| To
secure your place on the St Andrews Golf Week, you must complete the online reservation
form here: reservation
form. Once we have
received your form, the required deposits will be charged and confirmation of
your reservation will be sent to you.
Payments: A deposit of
£250.00 per person is required upon booking. The balance is then due on
the 5th February 2010.
Cancellations: Cancellation fees will
be made in accordance with the following schedule: 60 days or more prior to
the commencement of the tour, £250 per person will apply; 59 - 28 days
prior to the commencement of the tour, 50% of the total tour cost; 28 - 0 days
prior to the commencement of the tour, total tour cost non-refundable. |
